At Boulder Soup Works, our Mission is to bring fresh, organic and gluten-free soup to your table. We combine hand-cut vegetables with fragrant herbs and custom bases, just like you would if you made soup at home. We make it by hand and keep it fresh until served.

We believe that in the rush to commercialize and package soup something has been lost. How have we come so far from the fresh, handcrafted nature of soup to expect that soup should be canned or boxed to sit on a shelf for years? Do you know that canned soup is actually cooked in its steel and aluminum can before it sits on a shelf indefinitely? Doesn’t sound very good does it? Not to us either... So we're on a mission to bring back real soup.
Armed with our soupy passion and wooden spoons, we make it by hand just like you would at home- using fresh, organic ingredients and keeping it fresh until served. We don't use preservatives or artificial ingredients, and we know soup made with fresh ingredients doesn't need a lot of salt. The result is a savory soup that remains deliciously nourishing all the way to your bowl.
We also know that organic food is better for you and for our planet, so our soup is always organic. We know that using fresh local ingredients, whenever possible, is simply the right thing to do, and so we do that as well. And because we know that people have a variety of dietary preferences and constraints, our soup is naturally gluten-free with vegan, vegetarian, and dairy-free options.
